Key Duties Deliver excellent customer service over the telephone, acting as a customer advocate across a comprehensive range of housing services. Accurately diagnose, record and process repair requests from Housing Executive tenants. Work in partnership with relevant teams and colleagues to resolve tenant queries and housing-related issues. Record information accurately and ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently. Provide a professional, helpful and customer-focused service to tenants.
