CSU Advisor - Band 3 (x2 Vacancies) Location: Ballymena Salary: £13.69 per hour Hours: 37-37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, variable shift patterns Duration: Temporary, Full-Time Application Deadline: 5pm, 23rd October 2026 Apple Recruitment are currently recruiting for two CSU Advisors on behalf of our public sector client. Key Duties Deliver excellent customer service over the telephone, acting as a customer advocate across a comprehensive range of housing services. Accurately diagnose, record and process repair requests from Housing Executive tenants. Work in partnership with relevant teams and colleagues to resolve tenant queries and housing-related issues. Record information accurately and ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently. Provide a professional, helpful and customer-focused service to tenants. Work effectively with colleagues and other departments to support the delivery of housing services. Essential Criteria Four GCSEs, including Mathematics and English, or equivalent qualifications. At least one year''s customer service experience. Good communication and customer service skills. A professional and helpful approach when dealing with members of the public. The ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic IT proficiency. Ability to provide effective customer service and communicate professionally over the telephone.
