Lead and manage our CSSD teams across both hospitals, ensuring the delivery of a consistent, high-quality service.Oversee daily decontamination and sterilisation operations, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.Collaborate closely with theatre managers, external auditors, outpatient colleagues, surgeons, and wider clinical teams to support patient care.Manage staffing, complex equipment and resources efficiently across both sites.Drive continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency, and patient safety.Develop and deliver training programmes to upskill and support CSSD staff.Champion compliance, safety, and best practice across all sterile services functions.What you’ll bring

Proven experience in a senior CSSD role, ideally within an acute hospital environment.In-depth understanding of decontamination processes, instrumentation, and national regulatory requirements.Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with confidence managing resources across multiple sites.A collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with surgical and clinical teams.Commitment to patient safety, infection prevention, and delivering exceptional standards of care.Why HCA UK?
