This role is ideal for a reliable and hardworking individual with previous experience maintaining welfare facilities and ensuring high standards of cleanliness on busy construction sites. Due to the site''s location, applicants should ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance, as public transport links are limited. Key Responsibilities Cleaning and maintaining all site welfare facilities, including canteens, offices, drying rooms, toilets and changing areas. Ensuring welfare facilities remain clean, hygienic and fully stocked throughout the working day. Emptying bins and disposing of waste in accordance with site procedures. Replenishing consumables such as toilet rolls, soap, hand towels and cleaning products. Cleaning windows, floors, surfaces and communal areas. Supporting the site team with general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and tidy working environment. Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or shortages to the site management team.
