Key Responsibilities: Direct heavy site traffic, plant machinery, and delivery vehicles safely into and out of the site using standard hand signals and radio communication. Manage vehicle access gates and log all incoming and outgoing site deliveries. Ensure safe pedestrian routes are maintained and maintain clear exclusion zones around working machinery. Work alongside site managers, contractors, and crane/plant operators to maintain site health and safety standards. Requirements: Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer or skilled card). Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman Certificate. Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis trousers and vest, steel-toe boots). Proven experience working on active construction sites. Strong communication skills, punctuality, and high attention to detail. Job Details: Pay Rate: 16.50 per hour (CIS available) Location: Wyke, Surrey Start Date: 14/09/2026 Duration: Ongoing Temporary
