CSCS SMSTS Site Manager

Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be working with an established Construction company based within Burton on Trent who work on small and large contracts around the UK. Due to growth our client is looking for an experienced refurbishment site manager (preferable carpentry/bricklaying/construction background) to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working on all types of projects such as building restoration and refurbishment, industrial unit refurbishments, retail environments, refurbishment of concrete structures, decorative coating and surface preparations. To be considered for this role you must have: • Have proven experience as a site manager within construction and refurbishment • SMSTS or Nebosh Qualification in Construction• CSCS Card - supervisor/manager • First Aid qualification Working away in this role is essential Package: • Competitive salary benefits and fuel card.
