CSCS Skilled Labourer

We are currently recruiting Skilled Labourers with valid CSCS cards to support ongoing works across high street environments and public highways. This role involves a mix of environmental maintenance, minor roadworks, and general labouring duties to support site teams in delivering safe and efficient projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out de-vegetation works including clearing shrubs, weeds, and overgrowth
• Litter picking and environmental upkeep of public and work areas
• Supporting general maintenance and minor repair works on roads and pathways
• Assisting skilled operatives and site supervisors with daily tasks
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organised work sites
• Adhering to all health & safety regulations and site procedures
• Manual handling and use of basic tools and equipment
• Working safely within live traffic and pedestrian environments

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Previous experience in highways, civils, or street works environments
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Full PPE required
• Streetworks (NRSWA) or Traffic Marshall tickets (desirable but not essential)
