CSCS Labourer - Birmingham - £16.50 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our property refurbishment team operating across South Birmingham. The role involves supporting multi-traders with bathroom and kitchen rip-outs, general site preparation, and manual labour duties. This is a mobile role, so a full UK driving license is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the removal of old bathrooms and kitchens from residential properties
- Support multi-traders with general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and site clean-up
- Maintain a tidy and safe working environment across all job sites
- Drive between multiple properties daily, transporting tools and materials as needed
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Load and unload materials and waste responsibly
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card
- Full PPE
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
