Cscs Labourer

Location : Cornwall PL29

Digs available on site if needed

Job Duties:

• Performing general labour tasks on fit out construction
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials
• Operating hand and power tools as needed
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites
• Following health and safety regulations
• Opening and Closing gates for visitors/ deliveries

Required Qualifications:

• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience as a labourer in the construction industry
• Must be able to drive and have own transport

Experience:

• Prior experience as a labourer in construction
• Previous house builder experience

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily outdoors on construction sites
• May involve heavy lifting and physical exertion
• Required to follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
