Handyman - Fulbourn, Cambridge Our client, a leading main contractor delivering projects across the United Kingdom, is currently recruiting for an experienced Handyman to join their team on an ongoing residential development in Fulbourn.The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out snagging, decorating, and general touch-up works on completed new-build housing plots to ensure they are finished to a high standard before handover.Key ResponsibilitiesCompleting snagging works on new-build homesCarrying out painting, decorating, and touch-up workRepairing minor defects and finishing worksEnsuring plots are completed to a high standard and within programme deadlinesMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirementsPrevious experience in a similar handyman or multi-trade roleExperience working on new-build residential projectsAbility to work independently and efficientlyOwn tools are essentialValid CSCS card This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor on an ongoing project with the potential for continued work.If you are an experienced Handyman and have a CSCS Card, full PPE and Own Tools, and are available immediately to work in Fulbourn, then we would love to hear from you straight away. ..... full job details .....
