CSCS Groundworker

Teamforce Labour-are looking for an experienced CSCS Groundworker with ADT and FWD Tipping Dumper to start Monday 6th July in Halstead, Essex (CO10).

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out all aspects of groundwork, including drainage, kerbing, edging, and foundations.
• Preparing and levelling ground for construction works.
• Operating plant machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with excavation, backfilling, and reinstatement works.
• Working alongside site supervisors and other trades to meet programme deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Adhering to all site health & safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• CPCS/NPORS ADT/FWD Dumper
• Additional plant tickets advantageous
• Previous groundwork experience
• Full PPE
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team
