CSCS Cleaner

Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking builders cleaner-to join their team on a busy commercial refurbishment in Maidenhead.

As a recruitment agency, we are seeking motivated individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services on newly built and refurbished properties before handover.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out sparkle cleans and final builders cleans.
• Remove dust, debris, paint splashes, stickers, and construction residue.
• Clean windows, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and all interior surfaces.
• Ensure properties are presented to a high standard for client handover.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous builders cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual
• CSCS card is advantageous but not essential-
