CSCS Cleaner

Job Title: Site Cleaner (Construction Welfare)
Location: Digbeth, Birmingham
Start Date: 27/03/2026
Hours: 1 day per week (Fridays) – 8:00am to 4:00pm (8.5 hours with 30-minute break)
 

The Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable Site Cleaner to support a live construction project based in Digbeth. The site is newly set up, and we require cleaning support within welfare facilities to maintain a safe and tidy working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining site welfare facilities (offices, canteens, toilets, drying rooms)

• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Managing waste and keeping welfare areas tidy

• Reporting any issues or maintenance requirements

Working Arrangements

• Initially 1 day per week (Fridays)

• Potential to increase to additional shifts (up to 3 half-days) depending on site needs

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience (construction site experience desirable)

• Reliable and punctual

• Good attention to detail

Important Information

• Cleaning will be limited to welfare/green route areas

• Access to main site work areas is not permitted unless holding a valid CSCS card

• All cleaning materials, equipment, and PPE will be provided
