Requirements & Skills:

• Trade qualified or construction related qualification-
  
  

• 3+ years of working on largescale projects
  
  

• Strong management, time and productivity skills-
  
  

• Previous Data Centre experience is valued-but not necessary-

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure works meet programme deadlines.-
  
  

• Monitor quality, drawings, specifications, and contractor documentation.-
  
  

• Carry out inspections, manage snagging, and ensure timely close-out.-
  
  

• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, and resources.-
  
  

• Track progress, protect finished works, and manage damage notices.-
  
  

• Attend subcontractor and look-ahead meetings.-
  
  

• Ensure health and safety compliance, housekeeping, permits, and approved RAMS.-
  
  

• Participate in daily SPA, DAB, and whiteboard meetings.-
