Based in our European Head Office in Cork, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Estimating team as a CSA Senior Estimator. This is a senior, commercially focused role where you will lead the preparation of accurate and competitive estimates across the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) scope, working closely with our commercial, construction and project teams. Your day will include: Leading CSA estimates from enquiry through to tender submission. Preparing detailed quantity take-offs, measurements and pricing from drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations, including scope, inclusions, exclusions and qualifications. Identifying commercial risks, opportunities, scope gaps and value-engineering opportunities. Working closely with commercial, construction, design and MEP teams to ensure all project interfaces are considered.
