This is not a ground-up new-build civils role. The focus is on managing structural, architectural and fit-out packages within existing data centre buildings, where sequencing, access, temporary works, fire stopping, coordination with live M&E services and minimising disruption all matter. The projects form part of a wider data centre refurbishment and infrastructure upgrade programme, so this needs someone who understands how to deliver intrusive works inside operational or occupied environments without creating unnecessary risk for the client or the wider project team. The role You’ll take responsibility for managing CSA works across live data centre refurbishment and upgrade projects.
