CSA Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced CSA Manager to join a major data centre fit-out project in London. This contract opportunity involves overseeing Civil, Structural and Architectural works within a fast-paced, live operational environment, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on programme and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage CSA works from construction through to commissioning and handoverCoordinate subcontractors across Civil, Structural and Architectural packagesMonitor programme milestones and drive progress towards project deadlinesReview drawings, specifications and technical documentationConduct site inspections and quality auditsIdentify and mitigate project risks, delays and delivery issuesCollaborate with MEP, commercial and project management teamsManage change control, RFIs and site documentationAttend client, contractor and coordination meetingsSupport commissioning and handover activities while minimising disruption to live operationsJob Requirements:Experience as a CSA Manager, Construction Manager, Site Manager or in an equivalent construction management roleStrong understanding of Civil, Structural and Architectural construction packagesExperience managing subcontractors on large-scale construction projectsAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, programme-driven environmentsExcellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skillsStrong knowledge of health and safety legislation and construction best ..... full job details .....
