This contract opportunity involves overseeing Civil, Structural and Architectural works within a fast-paced, live operational environment, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage CSA works from construction through to commissioning and handover Coordinate subcontractors across Civil, Structural and Architectural packages Monitor programme milestones and drive progress towards project deadlines Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation Conduct site inspections and quality audits Identify and mitigate project risks, delays and delivery issues Collaborate with MEP, commercial and project management teams Manage change control, RFIs and site documentation Attend client, contractor and coordination meetings Support commissioning and handover activities while minimising disruption to live operations Job Requirements: Experience as a CSA Manager, Construction Manager, Site Manager or in an equivalent construction management role Strong understanding of Civil, Structural a...
