Required Skills:

• 5-10+ years of experience in construction, preferably on large-scale pharmaceutical or life sciences capital projects
• Engineering degree (BEng or equivalent) preferred
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with contractors, operations teams, and site users
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, schedules, contracts, and proposals

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working on GMP live sites
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in pharma/biopharma environments
• Construction or project management certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Degree in Engineering (BEng or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in life sciences construction projects, with an emphasis on GMP standards and site safety
