Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CSA Engineer to support a fast-paced commercial fit-out project in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage CSA activities on-site for commercial fit-out works
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
• Monitor progress against programme and report on milestones
• Ensure works are delivered to required quality and safety standards
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Support inspections, snagging, and handover processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CSA Engineer within commercial fit-out environments
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, QA/QC, and HSE standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Eligible to work in the UK
