Requirements & Skills:-

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar-
  
  
• 3+ years of working on largescale projects-
  
  
• Experience in civils, facades and fit-out projects-
  
  
• Previous Data Centre experience is valued

-Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.-
  
  
• Coordinate with QA Managers and subcontractors to ensure timely submission of quality documentation.-
  
  
• Monitor subcontractor progress, manpower, workmanship, and programme deadlines.-
  
  
• Carry out inspections, raise snags, and ensure timely close-out in accordance with the QMS.-
  
  
• Review drawings with the design team and resolve technical issues.-
  
  
• Maintain site documentation and attend project, coordination, and handover meetings.-
  
  
• Coordinate trades, materials, and resources to meet project deadlines.-
  
  
• Monitor health and safety, housekeeping, material storage, permits, and compliance with approved RAMS and site procedures.-
