Cruise Sales Executive

Are you currently working in sales looking to break into the travel industry? This is the perfect opportunity to work for an award winning cruise company as a Cruise Sales Executive and will be reconnecting with customers and booking Worldwide Cruise products. This role is Monday to Friday and is office based in Redditch offering a salary of -26,100 and OTE up to -60k but uncapped. Full training provided .

Cruise Sales Executive responsibilities:

• Outbound cold & warm calling to reengage inactive customers
• Identify travel needs, budgets, and booking intentions
• Discover if customers booked elsewhere and why
• Update CRM records accurately
• Build friendly, professional rapport
• Meet and exceed retention targets

Cruise Sales Executive skills required:

• Outbound calling or telesales experience (travel experience not required)
• Strong objection handling and questioning skills
• Target driven, energetic, and commission motivated
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Confident using CRM and dialling systems
