Cruise Product & Sales Manager

Platinum Travel Recruitment are collaborating with a fabulous and forward thinking travel company who are now seeking an experienced Cruise Product & Sales Executive / Manager to join its supportive and busy team.

If you are from a cruise background with product and/or sales experience. The Cruise Product & Sales Executive / Manager shall lead the development, promotion and performance of our clients fabulous cruise product and marketing programme.

Working closely with cruise line partners, suppliers and internal teams, the Cruise Product & Marketing Manager shall identify commercial opportunities, develop compelling cruise products and deliver effective marketing campaigns that drive sales, profitability, engagement and brand awareness.

Cruise Product & Sales Executive / Manager Duties:

• Develop and manage cruise products, packages, promotions and incentives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise line partners and suppliers.
• Negotiate competitive rates, added-value offers and exclusive member opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and booking performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and deliver targeted campaigns across email, website, social media and member communications.
• Create engaging content to support product launches, promotions and key business objectives.
• Manage and maintain website and social media content.

Cruise Product & Sales Executive / Manager  – Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in cruise product and/or sales dynamically packaged cruise products.
• Strong knowledge of cruise products and the wider travel market.
• Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns - ideal not essential.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
