Cross-Skilled Engineer

The Multi-Skilled Engineer responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical plant equipment, ensuring optimum performance and minimal downtime. You''ll support fault finding, breakdown response, plant upgrades and continuous improvement projects, while working collaboratively to maintain high standards of safety, reliability and operational efficiency. Description Keeping the plant running Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical equipment Fault finding and resolving issues quickly to reduce downtime Working on a range of plant including pumps, motors, conveyors, fans, filters and mills Improving performance Supporting equipment upgrades, installations and improvement projects Identifying root causes of breakdowns and helping prevent repeat issues Recording work and contributing to continuous improvement Planning and teamwork Coordinating with supervisors to plan maintenance and shutdown work Making sure parts and resources are available when needed Working collaboratively within a ..... full job details .....
