Facultative Cross-Class Broker TechnicianLocation: London / HybridSalary: £30,000-£35,000We are working with a Specialist Lloyd''s Broker who are looking to hire a Junior Facultative Cross-Class Broker Technician to join their specialist Reinsurance team.This is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd jobber with around 6 months+ insurance experience who is looking to develop their technical knowledge within Facultative Reinsurance and work across a range of specialty classes.The RoleYou will support the broking team with the day-to-day technical and administrative aspects of Facultative Reinsurance placements, gaining exposure to a variety of specialty classes and working closely with experienced brokers.Key responsibilities will include: Supporting brokers with the preparation and processing of Facultative placements Assisting with slips, endorsements and other market documentation Processing and maintaining accurate policy and placement information Liaising with brokers, clients and underwriters where required Supporting the team with renewals and new business Ensuring documentation is accurate and completed within required timescales Developing knowledge of Facultative Reinsurance and the wider Lloyd''s market About YouWe are looking for someone who has: Around 6 months'' experience within the insurance industry An interest in Reinsurance, particularly Facultative Ideally some exposure to technical, broking or processing activities Strong attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
