CRO Analyst

I''m hiring a CRO Analyst for one of the UK''s most respected retail brands, helping drive the growth of their eCommerce business through experimentation, customer journey analysis, and conversion optimisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on CRO experience who wants to own experimentation and optimisation across a growing digital platform. The role Reporting into the Trading Manager, you''ll be the dedicated CRO specialist within the team, responsible for identifying, prioritising, and analysing opportunities to improve customer journeys and conversion performance. You''ll work closely with Trading, Design, Product and eCommerce stakeholders to understand how customers interact with the website and use those insights to influence testing and optimisation decisions. This is a genuinely hands-on CRO role focused on: A/B testing Funnel analysis Heatmap reviews User journey optimisation Conversion improvement Insight generation and recommendations Importantly, this is not a CRO developer role.
