CRM Systems Specialist

A leading international law firm is seeking a CRM Systems Specialist to join its Marketing and Business Development team in London.This role will act as the local CRM subject-matter expert, responsible for maintaining high-quality CRM data, supporting users, and playing a key role in the firm''s migration from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud.Key Responsibilities:Support the migration from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud and ongoing system adoption.Act as the London CRM expert, supporting partners and internal users.Maintain and improve CRM data quality, governance and best practices.Cleanse and maintain contact records, mailing lists and company data.Produce searches, reports and targeted lists to support Business Development activity.Ensure CRM data processes comply with GDPR and data protection requirements.Skills and Experience:Hands-on experience with Intapp DealCloud and InterAction.Strong CRM data management and data governance experience.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.Experience in legal or professional services environments is desirable.At Norfolk Capsey, we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
