This is a strategic and hands-on role, responsible for shaping CRM strategy, audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing automation and customer communications.Working within a collaborative Customer Marketing team, you will lead CRM initiatives that deliver personalised customer experiences, improve engagement and retention, and drive long-term revenue growth. You will also have line management responsibility for a direct report, supporting their development and day-to-day delivery.This role would suit someone with strong CRM expertise gained within a digital, media, publishing, subscription or membership environment who enjoys combining strategy, data insight and operational delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a business-wide CRM strategy to improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.Design and optimise automated customer lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, engagement, renewal and win-back campaigns.Lead testing and optimisation programmes, including A/B and multivariate testing.Collaborate with marketing, commercial, ..... full job details .....
