Job Description
We are seeking a CRM Specialist (MS Dynamics) to join a leading global technology brand. This is a functional role requiring strong technical experience to enhance CRM effectiveness and support business operations. You will work closely with business users and IT developers to ensure the CRM platform drives sales performance and meets organisational needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Drive user adoption of MS Dynamics across the business
Provide functional and technical CRM support to end users
Analyse business requirements and translate into CRM solutions
Troubleshoot issues and escalate to developers when necessary
Liaise with system developers to ensure quality and timely delivery of CRM enhancements
Support IT with CRM configuration based on agreed specifications
Contribute to best practice processes and documentation
Skills and Qualifications
Strong functional and technical experience with MS Dynamics CRM
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and troubleshoot problems
Experience with relational databases and CRM system workflows
Knowledge of AI data models, including error detection/training, is a plus
Experience reviewing business requirements and generating solutions
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Graduate calibre in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines preferred
