The RoleYou''ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from discovery and vendor selection through to implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live. Key ResponsibilitiesLead a large-scale CRM migration and transformation programme. Assess current systems and define the future-state solution. Manage CRM vendor selection and third-party suppliers.Oversee data migration, governance, and integration activities. Drive stakeholder engagement, project governance, risk management, and reporting.
