Our client is seeking an experienced Project or Programme Lead to support a major multi-year CRM transformation programme. As CRM Programme Lead, you will work with senior stakeholders across business and technology to shape and deliver CRM strategy across international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of CRM programme roadmap and global rollout activitiesPartner with Business Technology, commercial teams, and vendors to deliver CRM solutionsOptimise CRM capabilities to improve field force effectiveness and customer engagementEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and consent managementOversee testing, implementation, and deployment of CRM solutions across marketsDrive stakeholder engagement, programme communications, and adoption across user groups Skills and Experience RequiredStrong experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Veeva CRM)Proven track record delivering large-scale CRM or digital transformation programmesExperience working in regulated environments (e.g. pharma, life sciences, healthcare)Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skillsStrong commercial awareness and ability to translate business needs into ..... full job details .....
