We’re looking for a CRM Product Owner to take ownership of two key platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot, helping shape their future direction while making sure they work effectively together. You’ll own the CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritising improvements and translating business needs into practical system changes. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to understand what they need from the platforms and make sure changes deliver a genuine improvement to their day-to-day work. The role is hands-on as well as strategic. You’ll configure and optimise Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, views, business rules and model-driven apps, as well as building and maintaining HubSpot workflows, automations and integrations.
