CRM Product Owner

Role: CRM Product Owner Location: REMOTE Working Arrangement: Fully remote Salary: Up to £51,693 Are you an experienced CRM professional who enjoys taking ownership of systems, improving processes and working with different teams to make technology work better for the business? We re looking for a CRM Product Owner to take ownership of two key platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot, helping shape their future direction while making sure they work effectively together. You ll own the CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritising improvements and translating business needs into practical system changes. You ll work closely with teams across the organisation to understand what they need from the platforms and make sure changes deliver a genuine improvement to their day-to-day work. The role is hands-on as well as strategic. You ll configure and optimise Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, views, business rules and model-driven apps, as well as building and maintaining HubSpot workflows, automations and integrations. You ll also work closely with the internal Data team and external suppliers, coordinating technical changes and making sure integrations, data flows and releases are delivered properly.
