CRM Product Lead

Save the Children UK is looking for an individual with extensive Salesforce CRM and Agile Product Ownership experience to join us as our CRM Product Lead. About the role As CRM Lead (Product Owner), you will own the vision, strategy and delivery roadmap for Save the Children''s Salesforce CRM ecosystem, ensuring it continually evolves to meet the needs of our fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement teams. Leading a team of three CRM professionals, you will act as the voice of the business within agile delivery teams, balancing operational, technical and strategic priorities to maximise value from our CRM investment.
