The CRM team works closely with commercial, acquisition, and product functions to maximise customer engagement and long-term value. The role Reporting into the Head of CRM, you''ll take ownership of CRM activity across Sportsbook customers in the UK and selected European markets. This is a managerial role, with two CRM Executives reporting into you, but it remains highly hands-on. You''ll be responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimising campaigns while helping shape retention strategy across the business.
