Following a recent migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to HubSpot, the organisation is investing in the development of its commercial systems to support continued growth, improve sales performance and provide greater visibility of revenue and pipeline performance.The RoleReporting to the VP of Commercial Operations, the CRM Manager will take ownership of HubSpot Sales Hub and Revenue Hub Pro, establishing the platform as the single source of truth for commercial data across the business. This is a hands-on, sales-focused commercial systems role, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot expertise, sales process optimisation, data quality, reporting and automation. You will own platform configuration and development, ensuring pipelines, workflows, integrations, forecasting and reporting effectively support the sales organisation and wider commercial function. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing and IT, you will translate commercial requirements into scalable system solutions, improve user adoption and ensure data is accurate, consistent and trusted.
