The role is based just outside Bradford with hybrid working available!DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and develop CRM and lifecycle strategy.Build and optimise automated customer journeys across email, SMS and direct mail.Use data and segmentation to improve targeting and performance.Increase bookings, retention and customer value.Execute brand campaigns through CRM channels.Lead testing, reporting and optimisation.Own CRM automation, workflows and best practice in Klaviyo. REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience in CRM marketing.Strong email and SMS campaign delivery experience.Commercial mindset with focus on growth, retention and customer value.Able to build CRM processes and programmes from scratch.Experience using Klaviyo is highly desirable.
