Responsible for analysing and maintaining the company''s Digital Marketing and CRM system. This includes collecting and analysing customer data, identifying trends and patterns, ensuring data integrity and making recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the company''s CRM (HubSpot) and Marketing strategy. Using Hubspot to store and analyse customer data to provide insights into how customers interact within the business, allowing you to assess the effectiveness of marketing, sales, and customer service efforts and adjust your strategy accordingly.
