We''re looking for a commercially minded CRM Manager to take ownership of a business-critical CRM platform, driving its evolution, adoption and strategic value across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a major CRM transformation programme, partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the platform becomes a key driver of client engagement, business development and data-led decision making. The Role As CRM Manager, you''ll be responsible for the ongoing development, optimisation and adoption of the organisation''s CRM platform. Working closely with Marketing, IT, Data and Business Development teams, you''ll ensure the system delivers meaningful insight, supports business growth and provides an outstanding user experience. You''ll play a leading role in shaping CRM strategy, championing best practice and driving organisational change to maximise engagement with the platform.
