The Role: We''re looking for a commercially minded CRM Executive to join their growing e-commerce fashion team and take ownership of the day-to-day customer communications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on CRM experience who is passionate about customer engagement, email marketing and using data to drive repeat purchases and revenue. Key Responsibilities:Own the day-to-day management of CRM and email marketing activity through Klaviyo.Plan, build and deploy engaging email campaigns across key customer audiences.Manage communications around new collection launches, product drops, promotions, sales, events and key trading moments.Develop and manage customer segments and audiences to deliver increasingly relevant and personalised communications.Identify opportunities to expand audience segmentation and improve customer targeting.Write engaging, commercially focused email copy that reflects the brand tone of voice.Create and build email campaigns, working with the organic and creative teams where additional design or content support is required.Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve engagement, conversion and revenue.Analyse key CRM metrics including ..... full job details .....
