CRM Executive Huddersfield (3 days a week) £30kWe''re looking for a creative and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join a growing customer engagement team working for a business you''ve no doubt heard of!This role is ideal for someone with hands-on CRM experience who enjoys building engaging customer journeys and delivering personalised communications across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging.You''ll work closely with CRM, Marketing, Creative and Product teams to support campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value.ResponsibilitiesBuild, test and deploy CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS and in-app messagingSupport campaign planning, briefing, scheduling and QA processesWork collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging customer communicationsMonitor campaign performance and provide insight-driven recommendations for optimisationRequirements12 months+ experience within a CRM or lifecycle marketing roleExperience building and delivering customer engagement campaignsUnderstanding of segmentation, customer journeys and automationExperience working with CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo or DotdigitalIf this is something that''s up your street, feel free to apply and I''ll get in touch or drop me a ..... full job details .....
