The Business:Are you an experienced CRM, Email Marketing or Customer Lifecycle professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Or perhaps a Marketing Executive that has been some decent knowledge in the CRM space! Nigel Wright are working exclusively with a growing, private equity-backed consumer business on an exciting digital transformation journey. As the business continues to invest in customer experience, data and marketing technology, we''re looking for a CRM Executive to join the team and support the ongoing development of customer journeys, automation, segmentation and CRM-led business improvement projects. This is a maternity cover role for a period of 12 months. The Role:Key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the optimisation of end-to-end customer journeys and lifecycle communications.- Building and refining customer segments, automated workflows and trigger-based communications.- Working with customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.- Monitoring CRM performance and producing reporting and insights to support decision-making.- Supporting the continued development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across the business.- Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Care, Contact Centre, IT and other internal stakeholders.- Contributing to wider CRM and customer experience projects, including chatbot and automation initiatives.The Person:This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving customer experiences, ..... full job details .....
