Key Responsibilities:Planning:Collaborate with local brand stakeholders to develop targeted CRM campaigns that align with overall business objectives.Plan and facilitate central campaigns while ensuring that local CRM initiatives are integrated into the central planning process within set deadlines. Executing:Ensure timely receipt of campaign briefs for deployment and provide support during the briefing process when necessary.Review briefs for accuracy, including spelling, customer journeys, landing pages, and necessary terms and conditions, to minimise amendments post-activation.prioritise briefs in status calls across brands to facilitate timely execution of campaigns.
