You will play a key role in the delivery of sophisticated B2B and B2C email marketing, newsletters and campaigns. You will implement, test and optimise for reach, open rates, clickthroughs and conversions.

The Successful ApplicantPrevious CRM and email marketing experienceBe based in South London (4 days a week onsite)Previous experience delivering campaigns using Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience briefing and supervising the design of marketing emailsKnowledge of email deliverability requirements and best practicesExperience segmenting customer data for email targetingSome experience with marketing automation technologiesStrong copywriting and proof-reading skillsA/B and multivariate testing experience across emailExposure to Google Analytics and Data Studio for campaign analysis and reportingBuild reports and dashboards to help sales and marketing users get the right insight from Salesforce, including email performance reportingUse performance data to identify customer needs, define new products and enhancements to existing products through improved segmentation and personalisationWork with database and development teams to identify and implement CRM data improvementsManage the Salesforce development roadmap and lead the relationship with our Salesforce implementation partner to supervise delivery of new features and enhancementsPerform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene and duplicate managementWhat''s on Offer£40k - £42k
