CRM Database Manager Negotiable depending on experience Chelmsford, Essex Permanent/Full Time Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (OFFICE BASED ROLE ONLY) Our clients, a fast-paced and high growth company, is the UK s leading training organisation helping thousands of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Celebrities build, grow and scale the business. Located in Chelmsford, our client is looking for a CRM and Database specialist who can help them use their 180,000 client strong database to increase engagement, improve the client journey and help increase sales. In this role, you will be working alongside the clients in-house acquisitions marketing team and you will have the opportunity to have a big impact in a growing and exciting company. Key duties include: Maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Oversee data segmentation and analysis to identify customer trends and behaviours and devise effective targeting strategies to maximise impact. Assist with the development and implementation of a variety of different marketing campaigns. Design and build automated nurture sequences for new leads to drive engagement and conversions. Help optimise landing and order pages to ensure a seamless user experience. Set up and maintain automation using Zapier, Keap, or similar programs, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
