CRM Assistant
Eden Brown Synergy are working with a Public Sector organisation based in Westminster who are looking for a experienced CRM Assistant to work on their busy CRM Team.The role is full time, to start ASAP and paying 17.84 PAYE per hour + holiday pay ( 19.99) or 22.99 per hour Umbrella. The role will be temporary to start with on a month by month basis up until the end of 2026 and then will potentially move to a fixed term contract or permanent. The role is hybrid - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The role:To provide administrative support to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Team.Core Accountabilities:Provide administrative support to the CRM Team, including mailbox management, data processing and organising training events and meetings as required.Contribute to maintaining and continuously improving the CRM system and associated documentation.Support the CRM Team in the achievement of the organisation''s priorities and objectives, including the rollout of CRM to the whole organisation.Support the team in the delivery of its objectives, demonstrating a ''can do'' attitude and a flexible and resourceful approach.Model the organisation''s values and work in accordance with equalities, diversity and inclusion, health and safety, and environmental policies.Undertake any other duties and responsibilities appropriate to the post.Specific Accountabilities:Actively maintain and monitor the support mailbox and ensure timely response to queries, including referring ..... full job details .....
