CRM and Lifecycle ManagerLocation: London (3 days per week)Salary: Up to £65,000A fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand is looking for a CRM and Lifecycle Manager to join their growth team. This is a hands-on role, focused on email and SMS marketing, driving repeat purchases, and supporting key trading moments. You''ll work closely with the growth, creative, and merchandising teams to execute campaigns, optimise automated flows, and ensure lifecycle marketing drives measurable impact.Key responsibilities:Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of all email and SMS campaignsBuild and refine lifecycle journeys and automated flows to increase repeat purchase and engagementIdentify key customer segments and deliver targeted campaignsRun testing and reporting to track performance and inform future campaignsMaintain CRM data quality, segmentation, and audience captureRequirements:4+ years'' experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within e-commerce or D2CHands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Ometria, or similar)Strong attention to detail and ability to work to campaign deadlinesData-driven mindset with ability to analyse and act on campaign performanceCollaborative approach to working with growth, creative, and merchandising teamsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM professional looking to take full ownership of lifecycle marketing at a fast-growing, ambitious e-commerce business.
