CRM and Email Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced E-Marketing Executive to take ownership of our email marketing activity by bringing the function in-house. The role has been created to provide dedicated support for the planning, creation, scheduling, and distribution of marketing email campaigns, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and closer collaboration with the wider marketing team.This is an office-based position and will work closely with the marketing department to manage outbound email communications and support lead generation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns.Build, test, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using Spotler.Maintain and manage a Spotler licence and ensure best practice in campaign execution.Work closely with the marketing team to convert campaign content into effective email communications.Manage email lists, segmentation, and campaign scheduling.Monitor campaign performance and produce reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.Ensure compliance with GDPR and email marketing best practices.Support the use of Instantly for outbound email campaigns where required.Identify opportunities to improve email performance through testing and optimisation.Essential ExperiencePrevious experience in a dedicated email marketing or e-marketing role.Hands-on experience using Spotler (or a similar email marketing platform), with the ability to quickly become proficient in ..... full job details .....
