This role is responsible for coordinating the customer database and executing targeted marketing campaigns to contact End of Contract customers and encourage renewal. Leading a small delivery team of two, the Team Leader will ensure campaigns are deployed efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate will work closely with the Brand Relationship team to deliver brand-aligned campaigns and gather customer feedback to help improve future conversion rates.
