This role is central to driving high-quality lead generation, improving funnel performance, and ensuring our sales team have clean, accurate data and well-nurtured pipelines.  You will manage the full CRM ecosystem, oversee data hygiene and segmentation, build email campaigns and automation workflows, and deliver insights that improve both candidate and client acquisition.
